Section 1 – General Provisions
By accessing or using the website of The Furvara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Furvara.

Section 2 – Products and Use
The Furvara offers pet supplements and related products intended for animal use only. All products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used appropriately and in accordance with any provided instructions. If in doubt, customers should consult a licensed veterinarian before use.
Section 3 – Orders and Payment
Orders may be placed via the website 24 hours a day. To complete an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
We accept the following payment methods:

Digital payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay
An order confirmation will be sent by email after placing an order. The purchase agreement is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
Section 4 – Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within an estimated timeframe of 2-10 business days, depending on the destination.
After shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Shipping is free unless otherwise stated on the website.
Section 5 – Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of pet supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team and include their order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.
Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Section 6 – Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Upon approval, the customer will receive a replacement product or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Section 7 – Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that processing has not yet begun.
After this period, orders can no longer be canceled but may be returned in accordance with the return policy.
