Refund policy
At Furvara, your dog’s health and your satisfaction are our top priorities. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your most recent order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds apply only to your most recent order.
- Refunds are limited to one order per customer.
- Refunds are not available for orders of three or more items.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@thefurvara.com with the subject line: Refund + Order Number
- Our support team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
- If a return is required, you will receive the return instructions.
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Unusable Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if the product has an unusual or unpleasant smell that suggests it may be unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email should include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a free replacement.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order:
- Send an email to support@thefurvara.com
- Use the subject line: Cancellation + Order Number
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping and can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Policy Abuse
If we believe a customer is attempting to abuse our refund policy or is not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Policy Updates
Furvara reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Customers are entitled to the version of the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
